Do you want to exchange or return your order? We are here to help! You can exchange or return goods up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Exchange or return can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

1. Please email us at orders@wallmoss.ch and we will provide you with return instructions.
2. Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns department will inform you via email.
